Diagnostics

A major part of the maintenance of modern vehicles is the sophisticated electronic systems they work through. These can be highly complex and require specific equipment and training to effectively repair. Modern cars contain complex electronic equipment including traction control, immobilisers, power steering, airbags, electric windows and air conditioning. These are typically fitted as standard and controlled centrally by the car's engine control unit (ECU). When there's a fault or warning with these systems, it's time to get your vehicle checked by an experienced professional with the right tools. We can identify the problem and make whatever repairs or adjustments are needed.

Fleet Service invests in the required diagnostic platforms to be able to undertake this work. We deal with vehicles from a wide variety of manufacturers and this is reflected in the number of diagnostic platforms in which we have invested, both manufacturer specific and all-makes equipment.

Our platforms include Ford, Vauxhall, Mercedes-Benz, Fiat, Cummins, Bosch, Delphi, Iveco and Isuzu.
