Sometimes there is nothing on the market that quite fits into your operation, and if there is it can sometimes be of poor design or of poor quality. There is the other end of the scale whereby there is actually a fantastic product that fits your operation, but it is simply too complicated or too expensive for what you are trying to achieve. Maybe you need a secure unit or locker and the only unit on the market has more bells and whistles on it that Santa’s sleigh! This is where we try to focus on purely what the customer needs and manufacture something that fits into their operation. We will look into what you require and if it is feasible, we will try to help.

If it doesn’t appear feasible at first glance, we will try to help you come to a solution to make it feasible. If you require something within our area of expertise, we can make suggestions that may help with your operation. Ultimately we are here to help you come to a solution, be it just a simple mechanical locker, or a fully working vehicle conversion with full electro-mechanical control. We can even create solutions to an existing application that may not have been as reliable as you first hoped.
 

Prototyping

At Fleet Service we have the knowledge and experience to develop solutions to fit your operation. If you require a simple mechanical locker to a full scale vehicle conversion, can create a working prototype. Once the solution has been finalised, it can then be stripped and drawn up in CAD format and supplied with the prototype unit, or just supplied as an assembled unit. The final unit can be a complete working prototype, or it can be a mechanical or electrical assembly ready for a second phase development from another supplier.
